To commemorate the birth of the Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, second President of India (1962-67), also a philosopher and a great teacher, 5th September every year, is celebrated as Teachers’ Day. This year Teacher’s Day was organized by IQAC in association with an incredible enthusiastic students of III year (MPCS, BZC, BCom & BA), S.Ch.V.P.M.R.Govt Degree College, Ganapavaram. The celebration took place from 2:30 PM. All the staff members along with Principal had paid tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan by offering Garland to his photo. This was followed by the opening remarks by our Principal madam Dr.P.Nirmala Kumari. Madam has enlightened the students to think and act on commemorating such great days. Vice Principal, Sri P. Madhuraju garu, was honored for his dedicated service to the institution over the past 10 years. In a heartfelt ceremony, the Principal, staff, and students came together to felicitate sir in recognition of his invaluable contributions and leadership. His unwavering commitment has been instrumental in the growth and success of the institution, and the occasion marked a sincere appreciation of his efforts. After the formal greeting and addressing, students had planned for few fun games for the teachers.All the teaching staff present have participated actively and all the student audience have enjoyed the program. A vote of thanks for the program was given by M.Krishna Priya, III BSc BZC.
The program ended with National Anthem.
