A Student Seminar was conducted for II year science students on the topic ‘HOMETOWN’ with a view to improving the students’ speaking skills in English. Ten students spoke about their respective hometown describing its features and specialties in a time limit of 2 to 5 minutes. The activity was overseen by Dr. T. Akkiraju from the Department of English.
