On 22.10.2024, an insightful Awareness Program on Goal Setting to help students shape their career paths and set meaningful objectives. The event was led by Mr. K.S.Prabhakararao, CEO of SETWEL, as the key resource person, who provided valuable insights into goal setting and personal development strategies.
Career Counsellor Mr. P. Charles, SETWEL Superintendent Mr. John Kenedy, Mr. Pattabhi from SETWEL also contributed their expertise, offering students guidance on career planning and the importance of setting achievable goals.
The program, organized by NSS Units 1 and 2 in collaboration with SETWEL Eluru, was well-received by students. Principal Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari applauded the initiative and encouraged students to apply the insights from the session in their academic and personal lives. Sri NVNB Srinivasarao, Lecturer in Chemistry shared his valuable insights on Goal Setting.
The event proved to be a valuable opportunity for students to gain clarity on goal-setting practices, equipping them with skills essential for future success.
