The Department of Social Work and the Department of History observed Social Justice Day on February 20, 2025. The program aimed to create awareness about social equality, inclusivity, and the importance of justice in society.
Principal Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari, Vice Principal Sri P. Madhu Raju, IQAC Coordinator Dr. Ch. Chaitanya, Lecturer in Economics Dr.K.Swarupa Rani graced the occasion and highlighted the significance of upholding social justice in all spheres of life. Dr. G. Venkata Rao, Lecturer in Social Work, and Sri P. Bhaskara Rao, Lecturer in History, spoke on the historical and contemporary relevance of social justice, emphasizing the role of students in promoting an equitable society.
Students actively participated in discussions, reflecting on key social issues and the need for progressive change. The event successfully encouraged students to be socially responsible and work towards an inclusive future.
