GDC Ganapavaram conducted a meeting on 28.02.2025 commemorating International Mother Language Day–February 21 to promote the significance of linguistic diversity and the preservation of Telugu language. The event was conducted by Dr. G. Venkata Ramana, Lecturer in Telugu, who emphasized the beauty and cultural richness of regional languages.
Principal Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari highlighted the role of mother tongues in shaping identity and communication. Vice Principal Sri P. Madhu Raju spoke about the importance of language in education and knowledge transmission, while IQAC Coordinator Dr. Ch. Chaitanya stressed the need to preserve and promote native languages in the digital era.
Students actively participated in the event by reciting poems, delivering speeches, and engaging in discussions on the importance of their mother tongue. The program successfully instilled a sense of pride and responsibility towards linguistic heritage among the participants.
