On the occasion of the 20th Anniversary (Vicennial Celebrations) of the Right to Information Act – 2005, the Department of Economics, in collaboration with NSS Units I & II, organized a vibrant series of student competitions to raise awareness about the RTI Act among students.
📚 Competitions Conducted:
- Essay Writing (24.07.2025):
Theme: “The Journey of the RTI Act since 2005: Achievements & Challenges”
🏆 1st Prize: B. Bhavya Sri (I B.Com C) - Elocution (25.07.2025):
Theme: “RTI – Bridging the Gap between Government and Citizens”
🏆 1st Prize: G. Vijaya Durga (II B.Sc. CS) - Debate (25.07.2025):
Theme: “The RTI Act – Accountability Vs. Confidentiality”
