S.Ch.V.P.M.R. Government Degree College, Ganapavaram, organized a meaningful Certificate Distribution Event on 11th November 2025, marking the successful completion of the certificate courses inaugurated earlier on 11th August 2025. The event celebrated the achievements of students from various departments who completed skill-enhancement programmes, emphasising the college’s commitment to employability and practical learning.
Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari, Principal, congratulated the students for their dedication and underlined the importance of certificate courses in strengthening their academic profile and career prospects. Dr. K. Swarupa Rani, Vice Principal, and Sri K.V. Ganesh Kumar, IQAC Coordinator, also appreciated the departments and facilitators for their efforts in conducting these structured short-term courses.
The distribution covered students from the following certificate programmes:
- Botany – Microgreens (35 hrs)
- English – Non-Verbal Communication (35 hrs)
- History – Tourism and Travel Management (35 hrs)
- Mathematics – Mathematical Foundations & Reasoning Ability (35 hrs)
- Social Work – Integrated Child Development Services (35 hrs)
Faculty members and students participated in the event with enthusiasm, and certificates were handed over in the presence of department heads and course coordinators. The college continues to bolster its focus on skill-based education and student empowerment through such initiatives.
