The College Planning and Development Council (CPDC) of S. Ch. V. P. M. R. Government Degree College, Ganapavaram held its reconstitution meeting on 3rd January 2026 to deliberate on institutional planning and developmental priorities.
The meeting was chaired by the Principal, Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari. It was informed that Sri K. A. V. Satyanarayana Raju has taken charge as the newly appointed CPDC Secretary. The meeting was attended by Vice Principal, Dr. K. Swarupa Rani, along with other CPDC members.
During the meeting, members discussed strengthening the admission campaign for the academic year 2026–27, with special focus on creating awareness among parents through local cable television, pamphlet distribution, and flex banner displays. The Council also discussed measures to restrict the entry of outsiders into the college campus after 6:00 PM to ensure safety and discipline.
The members deliberated on improving the maintenance of the college campus and playground to provide a better academic environment. CPDC members also expressed their willingness to support the protective painting and maintenance of critical welded joints and important structural portions of the newly constructed college fencing, contributing to campus safety and infrastructure longevity.
All members shared their views and reiterated their commitment towards enhancing student enrolment and the overall development of the institution.
