The Department of English, Sri Chintalapati Vara Prasada Murthy Raju Government Degree College, Ganapavaram organized a Guest Lecture on “Significance of the English Language” for students to enhance their communication skills and awareness of the importance of English in academics and career development.
The lecture was delivered by Smt. M. Indiramma, Lecturer in English, DRG Government Degree College, Tadepalligudem, who highlighted the role of English in higher education, employment opportunities, and global communication. The session was informative and motivating for the students.
The programme was organized under the guidance and encouragement of the Principal, Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari, with administrative support from the Vice Principal, Dr. K. Swarupa Rani, Lecturer in Economics. The programme was coordinated by Smt. Ch. Anuradha, In-charge, Department of English, with the support of Sri Ch. Rajababu, Lecturer in English.
Students actively participated in the session, which proved to be beneficial in strengthening their language skills and confidence.
