An Awareness Programme on F-MAP was conducted on 21 November 2025 at S.Ch.V.P.M.R. Government Degree College, Ganapavaram to guide students on how to pay their college fees conveniently through the F-MAP digital application. The session aimed to familiarize students with the features of the app and promote hassle-free, transparent, and time-saving fee payment practices.
Principal Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of adopting digital platforms for smooth financial transactions. She highlighted how tools like F-MAP enhance accountability and support students in managing payments efficiently.
Vice Principal Dr. K. Swarupa Rani appreciated the initiative and encouraged students to actively make use of digital services provided by the institution. She also stressed the need for digital literacy in modern academic environments.
The programme was coordinated by Dr. Ch. Chaitanya, Lecturer in Botany, who explained the purpose of F-MAP and its relevance for students.
Sri P. Devadanam, Junior Assistant, provided a detailed demonstration of the F-MAP interface, explaining step-by-step procedures such as app installation, login, fee categories, payment methods, receipt generation, and troubleshooting common issues. His hands-on explanation helped students clearly understand the process.
The session successfully created awareness among students about the effective use of the F-MAP app, ensuring smoother and more transparent fee transactions in the future.
