As part of the Swachh Andhra Swarna Andhra (SASA) initiative, GDC Ganapavaram organized an awareness activity titled “Beat the Heat” on 17.05.2025, focusing on heatwave preparedness and summer health safety.
Principal Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari addressed the students and emphasized the importance of adopting simple lifestyle changes to stay safe during extreme summer conditions, such as staying hydrated, wearing protective clothing, and avoiding peak sun exposure.
Dr. G. Venkatarao, SASA Coordinator, conducted the session and guided students on practical tips to manage heat stress and help create awareness in their families and communities.
The program aimed to build resilience among students in the face of rising temperatures and promote health-conscious practices during the summer.
