The Department of English, Government Degree College, Ganapavaram, organized a Certificate Distribution Ceremony to mark the successful completion of two certificate courses during the academic year. Principal Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari graced the occasion and awarded certificates to the students.
Sri P. Madhuraju garu, the retired Vice Principal of the college, also participated in the ceremony and appreciated the efforts of the department in offering value-added courses to enhance students’ skills.
Under the guidance of Dr. Ch. Anuradha, Head of the Department, and Sri Ch. Rajababu, Lecturer in English, two certificate courses were conducted: ‘Communication Skills’ for II B.Sc. students and ‘LSRW Skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing)’ for II B.Com. students. A total of 40 students, 20 from each group, enrolled and actively participated in these programs aimed at strengthening their language proficiency and employability.
The initiative received appreciation from all dignitaries for its role in preparing students for academic excellence and professional success.
