The Department of English conducted a Student Seminar on 06.01.2024 on the lives and contributions of some of the world’s renowned scientists like Isaac Newton, Galileo Galilei, Alfred Nobel, Thomas Edison, etc., Students participated in the event with a lot of fervor and submitted their presentations using Power Point. The seminar aimed to bridge the gap between science and the humanities, offering students a unique perspective on the human side of scientific genius.Principal, Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari, distributed prizes for the best presentations to Satyapriya, Kumari, Deepika, Pratima, Anjibabu, Mounika, Satyavathi, Sireesha, studying I B.Sc (Honours) Computer Science. Dr. T. Akkiraju, Head of the Dept of English, conducted the event.
