Deworming Day was organized in the institution on 17.09.2024 in collaboration with PHC Ganapapavaram. The event, led by Principal Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari, aimed to improve the health and well-being of students by administering deworming medication to combat intestinal parasitic infections.
The program started with an informative session by the health department, which explained the importance of regular deworming for maintaining proper health and preventing long-term health complications. The college medical team facilitated the distribution of medication under the supervision of faculty members.
Principal Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari emphasized the significance of such health initiatives in ensuring that students remain healthy and able to focus on their academics.
