S.Ch.V.P.M.R. Government Degree College, Ganapavaram proudly announces that Ms. M. China Mariyamma, II B.A. (Honours) Economics, has been selected for the prestigious RTIH-CCE Amaravati Pilot: Student Entrepreneurship Programme – 5-Day Intensive Bootcamp.
The programme is organized by the Commissionerate of Collegiate Education, Andhra Pradesh in collaboration with the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub (RTIH), Amaravati. The bootcamp is being conducted from 23rd February 2026 to 27th February 2026 in Acharya Nagaruna Univeristy, Guntur.
Out of students from Government Degree Colleges across Andhra Pradesh, 60 students were shortlisted through a rigorous assignment-based evaluation process, and Ms. M. China Mariyamma is one among the selected cohort. The programme aims to nurture entrepreneurial mindsets through intensive training in:
- Problem identification and validation
- Customer discovery
- Solution framing
- Founder mindset development
- Exposure to real startup ecosystems and mentors
This remarkable achievement reflects the institution’s continuous encouragement towards innovation and entrepreneurship.
The Principal Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari congratulated the student for bringing laurels to the college and appreciated her dedication and commitment.
It is noteworthy that the student was guided and encouraged by Dr. K. Swarupa Rani, Vice Principal and Entrepreneurship Development Cell Coordinator, whose constant motivation and leadership played a crucial role in facilitating student participation in this prestigious state-level initiative.
