Sri Chintalapati Vara Prasada Murthy Raju Government Degree College, Ganapavaram conducted a Naipunyam Awareness Programme and AI Interview Preparation Session on 09 January 2026 for Final Year (VI Semester) students, with the objective of enhancing employability skills and preparing students for AI-based interviews.
The programme was organized under the guidance of the Principal, Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari, who emphasized the importance of skill development and effective use of digital platforms for career growth. The programme was coordinated under institutional quality initiatives by the IQAC Coordinator, Sri K. V. Ganesh Kumar. Dr. G. Venkata Ramana, Placement Officer, highlighted the role of the Naipunyam platform in improving students’ placement readiness.
The session was handled by the Resource Person, Sri P. V. Ramesh Babu, who explained the Naipunyam portal registration process, profile completion, resume building, and demonstrated AI-driven interview preparation modules, aptitude training, communication skills, and mock interviews. A live demonstration of the portal was conducted, with technical support provided by Sri I. V. L. R. K. Prasad.
Students actively participated and were instructed to complete their registration and regularly practice AI interview modules. The programme proved to be informative and beneficial, enhancing students’ industry readiness in line with NAAC quality parameters.
