Government Degree College, Ganapavaram, observed National Service Scheme (NSS) Day on 24th September 2025 with great enthusiasm. The program highlighted the values of service, discipline, and social responsibility among students.
Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari, Principal, presided over the event and spoke about the role of NSS in shaping responsible citizens and providing students with opportunities to serve society. Dr. K. Swarupa Rani, Vice Principal, and Sri K.V. Ganesh Kumar, IQAC Coordinator, appreciated the active participation of NSS volunteers in various community development activities.
The program was coordinated by Dr. G. Venkata Ramana, NSS Unit–I Programme Officer, and Sri Shaik Ansari, NSS Unit–II Programme Officer, with the support of faculty and student volunteers. Cultural activities, speeches, and awareness talks were part of the celebration, and winners of NSS-related competitions were felicitated.
