To commemorate Samvidhan Hatya Diwas, the Department of Social Work and the Department of History of S.Ch.V.P.M.R. Government Degree College, Ganapavaram, jointly organized an awareness program aimed at reinforcing the importance of constitutional values and democratic principles.
The program was conducted under the guidance of Dr. G. Venkata Rao, Lecturer in Social Work, and Sri P. Bhaskararao, Lecturer in History. It included reflections and discussions highlighting the need to safeguard the Constitution from any forms of violation or erosion of democratic rights.
Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari, Principal of the college, emphasized the importance of upholding constitutional ideals and appreciated the efforts of the departments in sensitizing students toward civic responsibility. Dr. K. Swarupa Rani, Vice Principal, also addressed the students and encouraged them to stay informed and engaged citizens.
The event witnessed active participation from faculty and students, who pledged to protect the values enshrined in the Indian Constitution.
