On 23rd October 2025, a motivational session on “GOAL SETTING” was organized for first-year degree students at S.CH.V.P.M.R. Government Degree College, Ganapavaram as part of the Student Induction Programme.
The session was presided over by the esteemed Principal, Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari, who emphasized the importance of every student having a clear and definite goal in life.
Mr. K.V. Ganesh Kumar, IQAC Coordinator and Lecturer of Physics, elaborated on the topic of Goal Setting, encouraging students to SMART goals as practical tools to achieve them.
The programme was attended by Vice Principal Dr. K. Swarupa Rani, Dr. G. Venkata Ramana, SIP Coordinator, faculty members, and students.
The session highlighted the significance of setting Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals (SMART) to guide students’ academic and personal success.
