The Two-Day National Seminar organized online on 26 & 27 April 2024 on “New Dimensions for Augmenting English Speaking Skills in L2 Context” began at 2 pm on the first day with the welcoming of the guest and participants by Dr. Ch. Chaitanya, Coordinator, IQAC & Seminar Coordinator. The Inaugural Session was chaired by Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari, Principal of the college, who made her initial remarks. The guests Dr. Prashanth Mothe and Dr. E. Ram Bhaskar Raju, followed by the seminar theme introduction by Dr. T. Akki Raju, Lecturer in English and Seminar Convener. Two sessions were held on the first day with the speeches made by Dr. A. Rajalakshmi and Dr. E. Ram Bhaskar Raju. On the second day, a speech was made by Dr. K. Vijay Babu; special issue of the Journal Langlit was released; 18 papers were presented in the technical session chaired by Dr. E. Ram Bhaskar Raju and co-chaired by Mrs. J. Uma Maheswari; with 362 registrations, 100 plus participants at any moment on two days, all in all 33 research paper contributions, the two-day National Seminar went off well and received accolades from faculty, scholars and students for its fruitful explorations and interactions with a promising research outcomes and further scope for digging into the topic.
