As part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Sri Chintalapati Varaparasada Murthy Raju Government Degree College, Ganapavaram actively participated in the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign from 13.08.2025 to 15.08.2025, in line with the directions of the Government of India, Government of Andhra Pradesh, and NSS Cell, Adikavi Nannaya University.
On 13th August 2025, the Independence Day Pledge was administered to students at 11:00 AM, followed by the formation of a Human Chain by students in the college playground at 3:00 PM. These activities were organized to spread awareness about the importance of the national flag and to inspire patriotic fervor among students.
The campaign highlighted the essence of bringing the Tiranga home and hoisting it as a personal expression of patriotism, symbolizing every citizen’s commitment to nation-building.
The program was organized by NSS Unit-I and Unit-II in association with the Departments of History and English. The activities were conducted under the guidance of Principal Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari, Vice Principal Dr. K. Swarupa Rani, and IQAC Coordinator Mr. K.V. Ganesh Kumar. The NSS Units were coordinated by Dr. G. Venkata Ramana, Lecturer in Telugu (Unit-I), and Sri Sk. Ansari, Lecturer in Chemistry (Unit-II).
Faculty, NSS volunteers, and students participated enthusiastically in the event, making it a memorable part of the 79th Independence Day celebrations.
