S.Ch.V.P.M.R. Government Degree College, Ganapavaram celebrated the birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution, on 14 April 2026 under the aegis of NSS Units I & II.
On this occasion, the Principal of the college, Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari, paid floral tributes to the statue of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar on the college campus and highlighted his ideals of “Educate, Organize, Agitate” to the students. Madam emphasized the relevance of his teachings in building an equitable and just society.
As part of the programme, NSS volunteers also visited the Ambedkar statue at Ganapavaram Colony, where they offered floral tributes and distributed fruits, biscuits, and mango drinks to the elderly, children, and the underprivileged, reflecting the spirit of service and social responsibility.
