A College Planning and Development Committee (CPDC) meeting was held on Wednesday at the local Sri Chintalapati Varaprasada Murthy Raju Government Degree College to mark the commencement of the new academic year 2026–27. The meeting was presided over by College Principal Dr. P. Nirmala Kumari.
During the meeting, the Principal expressed gratitude to the CPDC Secretary and committee members for their support over the past year. The attendees inspected the newly constructed rooms in the RUSA building, and a proposal was made to set up a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lab on the campus to enhance learning resources for students.
IQAC Coordinator V.K.V. Ganesh Kumar presented a detailed report on the academic progress and administrative achievements made during the previous year.
